FlipFlopsFilm S.L. is an Organisation in which personal data is collected through various means, which attributes it with significant responsibility in the design and organisation of procedures aligned with legal compliance in Data Protection. FlipFlopsFilm S.L. will therefore adopt all necessary security measures to ensure the protection of the data collected.
In exercising these responsibilities, FlipFlopsFilm S.L. approves this Personal Data Protection Policy in compliance with the following regulations:
1. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).
2. Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPD-GDD).
3. Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

This Personal Data Protection Policy shall apply to FlipFlopsFilm S.L., its administrative and management bodies and staff, as well as all persons who have a relationship with the Organisation, expressly including service providers with access to data (Data Processors).

YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether FlipFlopsFilm S.L. is processing personal data concerning them.
Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data, or to request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Under certain circumstances, data subjects may request the restriction of processing of their data, in which case we will only retain it for the exercise or defence of claims and to comply with legally established retention periods.
Likewise, data subjects may object to the processing of their personal data. FlipFlopsFilm S.L. will then cease to process the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or for the exercise of potential claims.

III. PRINCIPLES APPLICABLE TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
FlipFlopsFilm S.L. will ensure compliance with the following principles:
— Lawfulness, fairness, transparency and purpose limitation. Data processing must always be communicated to the data subject and shall only be considered legitimate if there is consent or another valid legal basis, and the purpose is in accordance with applicable regulations.
— Data minimisation. Data processed must be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes of the processing.
— Accuracy. Data must be accurate and kept up to date where necessary. Necessary measures will be taken to erase or rectify without delay personal data that are inaccurate with respect to the purposes of the processing.
— Storage limitation. Data will be kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of the processing.
— Integrity and Confidentiality. Personal data shall be processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, through appropriate technical or organisational measures.
— Rights of data subjects. The Organisation will facilitate the exercise by data subjects of the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability.
IV. PERSONAL DATA OF MINORS
In accordance with Articles 8 of the GDPR and 7 of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, only persons aged 14 or over may give their consent for the processing of their personal data by FlipFlopsFilm S.L.. For persons under 14, parental or guardian consent is required.
V. SECRECY AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
FlipFlopsFilm S.L. undertakes to notify the user without undue delay when a personal data security breach occurs that is likely to result in a high risk to their rights and freedoms.
Personal data will be treated as confidential by the Controller, who undertakes to ensure through legal or contractual obligations that such confidentiality is respected by its employees, associates, and any person to whom the information is made accessible.
VI. STAFF COMMITMENT
The staff of FlipFlopsFilm S.L. are informed of this Policy and are committed to applying established security measures, using established procedures for the exercise of rights by affected users, and reporting any personal data security breaches to FlipFlopsFilm S.L. immediately.
VII. CONTROL AND EVALUATION
FlipFlopsFilm S.L. will carry out an annual verification, evaluation and assessment of the effectiveness of the technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of the processing, as well as whenever there are significant changes in data processing.
Note: In case of doubt or discrepancy, the Spanish version of this Privacy Policy shall prevail.
